Russian Losses In Four Months Of Kharkiv Offensive Revealed

The operation turned into a disaster for the Russians.

From May 10 to September 21, 2024, the Russian invaders lost more than 16,000 troops in the Kharkiv direction.

Such data was made public on September 23 by the Kharkiv operational and tactical group of troops.

According to data from Ukrainian defenders, the Russians lost a total of 16,384 people in the Kharkiv direction. It is specified that irretrievable losses are 5,426 occupiers, 10,958 wounded.

In addition, over four months, the Ukrainian military neutralized 143 enemy tanks in the Kharkiv direction, 69 of which were destroyed.

The Russians also lost 211 armored combat vehicles - 134 of which were destroyed and 77 were damaged. The Kharkiv group of troops also calculated the losses of Russian vehicles — a total of 1,464 units, of which 866 were destroyed.

As for artillery systems, the invaders were left without 762 units in the Kharkiv region, of which 212 were destroyed.

“In addition, 4,458 UAVs of various types and 152 warehouses with enemy ammunition were destroyed,” the Kharkiv group of troops added.
