Ukrainian Drones Attack Russian Missile Testing Site

The strike site is about 590 kilometers from the front line.

The drones struck the fourth State Central Interspecific Test Site in the Akhtubinsky District of the Astrakhan Region of the Russian Federation. This was reported by Russian Telegram channels.

According to social media, the drone hit the assembly and testing building at site #105. The video shows the drone striking the building, from which smoke is coming. The strike site is about 590 kilometers from the front line.

In turn, ASTRA added that the drones struck the territory of military unit 15644 near Znamensk, where the Kapustin Yar military testing site is located. In April, intercontinental ballistic missile tests were conducted there.

According to the publication “Militarny”, at this testing ground the Russians test a large number of different short- and medium-range missiles, cruise missiles and air defense missiles.
