USA Sends Submarine To Cuba

Because of Russian Federation ships.

The USA USS Helena submarine arrived in Cuba today, June 13. Russian warships are now on the island.

This is reported by Charter97.org with reference to the Southern Command of the U.S. Armed Forces on Twitter.

"The fast attack USS Helena submarine is in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as part of a routine port visit, passing through the geographic area of responsibility of the US Southern Command," the military said.

They specified that the submarine is on a global maritime security and national defence mission. At the same time, the vessel's route has been planned in advance.
