Lukashenka has given instructions to the new head of the Ministry of Labour, Natallia Pauliuchenka. The dictator ordered ‘not to give out benefits and various privileges,’ as ‘there's no spare money’.

Lukashenka urged to think about ‘up to financial assistance to large families and so on. And said that ‘many families spend the money on drinking’.

‘We need to set a barrier and criteria for how to get money to children,’ he said.
