White Coats: Purges In Vitebsk Hospital After Abelskaia’s Arrival

The head doctor was fired.

At the emergency hospital in Vitebsk, the head physician and several employees were fired, White Coats reports.

The purges began after an inspection of the provision of emergency assistance, which was headed by the head physician of the Republican Medical Center of the Lukashenka Administration, Iryna Abelskaia.

As a result of this event, the following were removed from their positions: Chief Physician Andrei Zakharau, Chief Nurse Nadzeia Rybalka, Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation Vasil Musiychuk.

Deputy for Medical Affairs Aliakasandr Vinnikau was appointed acting Chief Physician.
