Video footage published by the Azerbaijani media shows how difficult it was for the dictator to walk, how he lagged behind his colleague and what pain he experienced while walking.

Fortunately for Lukashenka, most often he and Aliyev were transported in cars. At one point, the President of Azerbaijan himself got behind the wheel, and the dictator agreed to sit in the front passenger seat.
