Hezbollah Launches Over Hundred Rockets At Northern Israel

The city of Haifa was hit.

Today, October 8, Lebanon attacked the Israeli city of Haifa with rockets. In total, more than a hundred shells were launched during two waves of shelling.

This was reported by Al Jazeera.

During the first wave of shelling, 85 rockets were fired from Lebanon at the coastal city. A little later, another 20 shells were launched towards Haifa in the north of the country.

According to the IDF, some of the rockets were successfully intercepted by Israeli air defense forces.

A 70-year-old woman is currently known to have been injured. Medical teams continue to search the areas affected by the shelling.
