Lukashenka's Entourage Refuting His Statement About Participation In ‘Elections’

Apparently, ‘not everything is so unambiguous’.

Lukashenka's statement that he is going to ‘presidential elections’ in 2025 is not ‘so unambiguous,’ the dictator's press secretary Natallia Eismant said in an interview with the Russian publication of Life.

‘They asked a question - he answered it. And the answer was not so unambiguous. He said: ‘If the supporters say so and the situation in Belarus is favorable, then [Lukashenka] will put forward his candidacy,' Eismant clarified.

The so-called ‘presidential election’ in Belarus will be held on January 26, 2025. It's worth noting that the date is different from the one that appeared in the media. Earlier it was reported that the ‘elections’ would be held on February 23.

The civilised world does not recognise the results of the ‘elections’ in Belarus.
