‘School Of The Future’ Located Near Minsk Caught Fire

On October 23, a fire broke out in a sanitary room at school # 1 in the village of Kopishcha, Minsk District. It was extinguished before the firefighters arrived.

A fire alarm went off at the school. Students and school staff were evacuated. There were no casualties. The cause of the fire is being investigated, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.

The school #1 in Kopishcha is called the “school of the future”. It was built in 2020. According to the school's website, more than 2,300 children study there.
