In case of victory in the elections.

The head of Georgia's ruling party Georgian Dream, Bidzina Ivanishvili, has promised to ban the main opposition forces in the country if he receives a constitutional majority in the new parliament after the elections.

This was reported by Ekho Kavkaza.

Ivanishvili has called on citizens to vote for his party in the Georgian elections, which will be held on October 26. He claims that after the ban on the current opposition forces, a new opposition will appear in the country.

"As soon as this force moves away, Georgian Dream will have many opponents, and I am waiting for this day. This will be the happiest day when people will have the opportunity to choose between the good and the best," he said.

Ivanishvili also apologized to Georgians for the fact that, according to him, they now have only one choice - Georgian Dream.

"You will have a choice after this - not the Georgian Dream, but something similar and better. There will be as much opposition as we want," he said.
