‘Then We Will Strike St.Petersburg’

Military from Poland and the Baltic states have warned Russia.

After the war in Ukraine, Russia may direct its “imperialist expansionism” to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, said Kęstutis Budrys, adviser to the President of Lithuania on national security, at the Defending Baltics conference.

According to him, the likelihood of such a scenario will increase if Belarus fully becomes part of the so-called “union state”, writes Bild.

“Ukraine is giving us several years of time. If Russia wins in Ukraine, there will be one Russian division in Lviv, one in Brest and one in Hrodna,” said Rajmund Andrzejczak, Chief of the General Staff of Poland, at the same conference.

According to him, if Russian troops cross the border with Lithuania, there will be an “immediate response”.

“Not on the first day, but in the first minute. We will strike all strategic objects within a radius of 300 kilometers. We will strike directly at St. Petersburg,” Andrzejczak said.

He is confident that European countries “must take the initiative into their own hands” and make it clear to Russia that an attack on Poland or the Baltic states would be the beginning of an all-out confrontation. Andrzejczak believes that this is the only way to deter the Kremlin from such aggression.

To this end, Poland is currently purchasing 800 missiles with a range of up to 900 kilometers, which will be used in the event of a Russian attack.

“We must be able to strike back immediately ourselves, without waiting for a decision in some NATO capitals on whether to invoke Article 5,” said Lithuanian Army Commander Raimundas Vaiksnoras.
