Zelensky Reveals Meaning Of Ukraine's Victory Plan

Russia is ignoring real diplomacy and the Formula for Peace proposed by Ukraine. If the Victory Plan is implemented, then Russia will not be able to continue the war.

This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to his press conference with the head of the Council of Ministers of Italy Giorgia Meloni.

‘The main thing is to strengthen Ukraine's position and our relations with our closest partners so that we create the necessary conditions, the necessary fair atmosphere for honest diplomacy,’ the Ukrainian President said.

According to Zelensky, the world sees that Russian Federation ignores real diplomacy and the Formula for Peace, which was proposed by the Ukrainian side to end the war fairly on the basis of the UN charter. However, if Ukraine's Victory Plan is implemented, Russian Federation will not be able to continue fighting and will be forced to go to peace, he said.

‘And if we realise the Victory Plan through cooperation with our partners, Russia will no longer be able to continue this war and will be forced to peace. That is the meaning of the Victory Plan. And we want to protect Ukrainian independence, Ukrainian families, our people, the right of our children to live freely in their country,’ Zelensky summarised.
