Artillery hit the occupiers from a distance.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled a motorcycle assault by the occupiers near Orekhovo-Vasilyevka in the Bakhmut direction, Dialog writes.

During the battle, 8 of the 14 attacking motorcycles were destroyed along with the Russian soldiers.

“A moped assault on the positions of the 30th brigade on the E-40 highway. The savages used 10 to 14 motorcycles, 8 of which were destroyed along with the riders,” the brigade said.

The attack was detected in advance using aerial reconnaissance, and the advancing forces were defeated by artillery. The video shows that some of the motorcycles were destroyed on the approach, but some were able to reach the trenches. The attackers could not withstand the fire damage from the Defense Forces, and were forced to retreat.
