Court In Ukraine Leaves Kolomoisky Under Arrest

The Kyiv Court of Appeals decided to reject the request to change the restraint.

The Kyiv Court of Appeals considered a complaint against the restraint for oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky. They decided to leave him under arrest.

The Kyiv Court of Appeals resolved to reject the request to change Kolomoisky's restraint to house arrest.

Important to note, the presenter of 1+1 Natalya Moseychuk, ex-CEO of 1+1 Media and former Minister of Culture Oleksandr Tkachenko, TV presenter and actor Yuri Gorbunov, as well as Oleksandr Dubinsky, Ihor Tsyhanik, Oleksandr Motorny, Alla Mazur and others were present at the court hearing.

They proposed to the court to release Kolomoisky from the pre-trial detention center under their guarantee. A total of 15 relevant petitions were submitted.
