AFU: Prigozhin Runs Away From Bakhmut Dragging His Tail

Fighting in Bakhmut, Donetsk region continues. The Ukrainian army is holding a number of buildings. Ukrainian troops are successfully attacking the Wagner PMC - the militants are close to destruction. Therefore, their leader Yevgeny Prigozhin announced the alleged “capture” of Bakhmut and the “intention” to withdraw his militants from the city before May 25. Serhei Cherevaty, a representative of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told about this to Vilne Radio.

The representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that Ukrainian troops continue to fight and hold a number of buildings in Bakhmut.

"Fighting continues, we (the Armed Forces of Ukraine) are holding a number of buildings in Bakhmut," Cherevaty said.

Commenting on the statements of the leader of the PMC Wagner Prigozhin, he focused on the fact that the soldiers of Ukraine mauled this powerful military group, which is already close to destruction. Prigozhin announced the withdrawal of his militants since the Wagnerites were defeated.

“We actually mauled his (Prigozhin’s) very powerful group. It is close to destruction. You know that he says that he will withdraw his troops, and that he took Bakhmut. That's just what it means: “The dude said - the dude did”. Then do what you want - the main thing is to let me go. He runs away dragging his tail because he has lost his best fighters. In fact, his Wagner group has been defeated,” Serhei Cherevaty said.
