Romania Responds To Lukashenka's Nonsense

The ambassador of the regime has been summoned to the country's Foreign Ministry.

Foreign Minister of Romania Bogdan Aurescu summoned the Charge d'Affaires of Belarus to the country. This is reported on the website of the Romanian Foreign Ministry.

"Thus, the Romanian side strongly rejects such unacceptable statements, which fuel the rhetoric, based on the call for the use and threat of use of force in international relations," reads the statement of the Romanian Foreign Ministry. "Nor can we ignore the role and international responsibility of Belarus as an accomplice of Russia in supporting the war of aggression against Ukraine".

The Romanian Foreign Ministry reminded that the country is a NATO member state. "And it enjoys to the highest degree all the security guarantees resulting from this status," the Romanian Foreign Ministry said.

We note that yesterday Lukashenka voiced another crazy conspiracy theory. The dictator said that "the United States is the only beneficiary of the war in Ukraine":

- To cut Europe down to size, and to remove the competitors. Today Ukraine, tomorrow it will be Moldova or the Baltic States, Poland or Romania.
