Vladimir Putin has arrived to Minsk. This was reported by a Telegram channel close to Lukashenka's press service. It is reported that the head of the Kremlin arrived on the IL-96-300PU plane with the registration number RA-96022.

According to Telegram-channels, the beginning of the visit of the head of the Kremlin was preceded by a whole special operation — three government planes on which Putin flies: RA-96022, RA-96014 and RA-96020 were taken into the air for the conspiracy.

Head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu and the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov have already arrived in Minsk.
