Earlier Mikalai Kazlou told the entire country about the fraud during the parliamentary elections.

“We shared information about the election campaign, I told Geert Ahrens about the already held meetings with voters” –a presidential candidate, Deputy Chairman of the United Civil Party Yaraslau Ramanchuk informed BelaPAN on November, 25.

In particular, the politician drew the attention of the head of the mission to the unwillingness of the election commissions to inform voters about meetings with presidential candidates, threats against students from the management of the educational establishments for their presence at such meetings.

Ramanchuk also said that during his meeting with Ahrens the former police officer Mikalai Kazlou was present. “He spoke about the fraud during the elections of deputies of the House of Representatives in 2008. Now the same people work in the election commissions, and they are unlikely to abandon fraud and the presidential elections”, - the politician said.

At a press conference on October, 18 Kazlou said that on September 27, 2008, was the last day of early voting for the election of deputies to the House of Representatives, and he, being a member of the Criminal Investigation Department of Internal Affairs of the Central District of Minsk, was on night duty at the polling station № 463 Staravilensky District № 105. Kazlou saw how three members of the election commission were throwing bulletins into a ballot box. Despite the report on violations addressed to the principals, the investigation was not conducted.
